UEFA Coaching Licenses: The Path from A to Pro

The UEFA coaching license system sets the standard for football coaching. The C license is the entry level, sufficient for managing youth teams. The B license is for amateurs and lower leagues, while the A license is necessary for managing professional-level teams. The Pro license is the highest level; only those who obtain it can manage first-division teams.

Obtaining a Pro license takes 3-5 years. Candidates receive training in tactical analysis, psychological approaches, communication skills, and management fundamentals.
