The development of team sports and social projects in regions serves not only to discover talented youth but also contributes to the growth of the regional economy. However, many regional teams cannot demonstrate their full potential due to a lack of financial resources. Therefore, establishing systematic sponsorship models is an urgent requirement today. Three main economic models can be considered when establishing a sponsorship system: First, **“Classic Sponsorship” (Transactional Model)**. In this model, an entrepreneur or enterprise allocates a certain amount of funds to the team and, in return, utilizes advertising spaces (placement of logos, branding). This model is based on short-term benefit and is primarily aimed at increasing brand awareness. At the regional level, this model is suitable for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. Second, **“Strategic Partnership” (Collaboration Model)**. Here, sponsorship is not merely advertising but becomes part of the enterprise's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. For example, large manufacturing enterprises invest in developing the team's infrastructure or organizing a youth academy. In such a model, the sponsor aims for long-term social impact and increasing their reputation among the local population. Third, **“Hybrid (Combined) Model”**. This model is based on a harmony of the state budget, the private sector, and revenues generated by the team itself (ticket sales, merchandising). The provision of tax incentives or subsidies by the state further encourages the attraction of private investors. To increase the effectiveness of the sponsorship system, the principle of "Value Exchange" must be implemented. That is, the sponsor should not be just a donor but a person directly interested in the outcome of the project. To achieve this, teams must create a clear marketing plan and demonstrate what economic or image gains they can offer to the sponsor. In conclusion, if economic models are implemented that prove sponsorship for regional teams is not merely "help" but a mutually beneficial investment, sports and social development will reach a new level.
