Today, Uzbekistan's football is developing rapidly, yet there is a serious flaw in the system โ€” the disconnect between school sports and professional academies. Many talented children showcase their abilities on ordinary school pitches, but because there is no clear "bridge" to lead them to a professional level, many talents are being lost.

The main reason for this gap is the formal approach to physical education classes in schools and the fact that professional clubs limit themselves to youth in only certain regions. School sports should not be merely a means of receiving a grade, but rather a "filter" and primary source for professional football. If we can turn school stadiums into scouting centers, it will create the opportunity to identify talented children as early as 7-9 years old and integrate them into the system.

To eliminate this problem, cooperation memorandums between schools and professional clubs must first be established. Each professional club should take responsibility for the oversight and care of schools in a specific region. This implies not only financial aid but also having qualified coach-methodologists teach in schools or conduct regular monitoring.

Additionally, it is necessary to increase the prestige of inter-school tournaments and link them with professional licensed competitions. For example, automatically inviting the best players of the school league to trial periods at professional academies would make the system transparent and encouraging. This would instill confidence in children that "if I play well at school, my path to professional football will open."

In conclusion, viewing school sports as an integral part of professional football is a strategic step for the future of our national team. Only through a systematic approach, expanded scouting, and improved infrastructure can we create a continuous chain from "school to stadium."
