For example, if a player's number of sprints is 30% lower than usual, it is a sign of fatigue. Such a player should be given additional rest.

Today, affordable GPS tracker watches and phone applications are available. Apps like Strava and Nike Run Club can also be used during football training. These show you how much you ran during the game, your speed, and calorie expenditure.

By attaching a smartphone to a wristwatch or a special armband, game data can be collected. While this is not professional-level analysis, it is sufficient for tracking your own progress.
