Fan Songs and Ultras Culture

Ultras are the most vibrant manifestation of football fandom. They create an amazing atmosphere in stadiums with tifo, flares, drums, and collective songs. Italy is considered the homeland of ultras culture — Curva Sud (Milan) and Curva Nord (Inter) are world-famous. In Germany, the Yellow Wall (Borussia Dortmund) accommodates 25,000 fans.

Fan songs are embedded in the DNA of every club. "You'll Never Walk Alone" (Liverpool), "Hala Madrid" (Real Madrid), and "Allez Allez Allez" are sung in various versions across many teams. Some songs are passed down from generation to generation over decades. New songs spread quickly on social networks and find their place in the stadiums.

Fan culture in Uzbekistan is young but active. Pakhtakor and Bunyodkor fan groups have created their own songs. Nasaf and Neftchi fans are also enriching the stadium atmosphere. Developing a safe and positive fan culture is one of the important tasks for Uzbek football.
